Find the alphanumeric code
Check the outer carton, the tube's crimped seam, or the base of the jar. Korean packaging prints the batch code and expiry date together.
Check the brand's records
Korean brands publish batch and manufacturing-date lookups, and some use verification seals you can scan with the brand's official app.

We record the batch codes of every shipment. Cross-reference the code on your product with your order invoice, or send us a photo and we will check it with you.

How do I know my product is genuine?
Every product is 100% authentic and carries the manufacturer's batch code, which you can verify against official Korean brand databases. If anything looks off, contact us and we will make it right.
Why are some marketplace prices cheaper?
Unofficial sellers cut costs through grey-market imports, near-expiry stock, or storage in ambient heat. The sticker price hides the difference; the formula doesn't.
What is your expiry-date policy?
We only ship products with comfortable remaining shelf life, and the manufacturing/expiry information is printed on every unit for you to check.
What are verification seals like HiddenTag?
Several Korean brands add holographic verification seals (such as HiddenTag) to their packaging. The brand's free app scans the seal and confirms authenticity directly with the manufacturer. Where a product carries one, you will find it on the outer carton.
