KBeautyProducts.ae is an online store selling Korean and international skincare to customers in the United Arab Emirates. Our address is Al Maktoum Hospital Road, Al Rigga, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at contact@kbeautyproducts.ae.
Our products
Every product we sell is 100% authentic and kept in climate-controlled storage. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Product descriptions are for general information and are not medical advice.
Read the label and do a patch test, especially if your skin is sensitive. Stop using a product if irritation appears, and speak to a doctor if it continues. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment, check with your doctor first.
We make every effort to show products accurately. Packaging can change between batches, and the ingredient list on the product you receive applies.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). You can pay by card at checkout or choose cash on delivery. The total, including any delivery fee, is shown before you confirm your order.
If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
After you place an order, we send an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.
Delivery
Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates, and we will let you know if your order is delayed.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains what can be returned and how. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
Your data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The text, photos and design on this site belong to KBeautyProducts.ae or the brands we sell. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Please do not copy our content without permission.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying products as described and for the rights you have under UAE law. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for reactions to a product used against its label directions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
