We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times start once your order is confirmed.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched with the next day's collection. Some remote areas can take longer, and we will tell you if your address is affected.

One flat fee anywhere in the UAE.
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no extra customs or import charges on your order.
How we store your products
Skincare is sensitive to heat. We keep our stock in climate-controlled storage, away from Gulf heat, until your order is packed for dispatch. Every product is 100% authentic, and you can check the batch code on our Authenticity page.
Order tracking
When your order leaves us, we send a dispatch confirmation by email. It includes tracking details when the courier provides them. If you have a question about where your order is, email us with your order number.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across the UAE at no extra charge. Choose it at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives.
Give a full address and a UAE mobile number the courier can reach. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange another attempt.
